- G.A & Fabrication drawing for Pressure vessels Supports, Ducting Supports, Belt conveyor Trestles & Galleries.
- Design and furnish calculation as required for all type of steel joint connections based on ASD/ LRFD methods for licensed engineer approval. We also use software LIMCON to design connection apart from the existing excel sheets.
- 3D structural modeling on Tekla (X-Steel), Prosteel including collision check to use for walk thru in desired platform.
- We provide NC files KISS files, ABM’s for Fabtrol / CNC machines.
- Pre-bid steel take offs and estimation of structural steel including quantities with great accuracy in the desired formats.
- Equip the Structural analysis and design calculations of Civil / Structural components based on ASD / LRFD and respective state building codes for Professional Engineer (P.E) approval.
